Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Petsify. By using the app, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable, because legalese helps no one.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing or using Petsify, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You can create an account by signing in with Apple or with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Petsify.

3. Using Petsify

Petsify is a tool to help you and your pack track pet care. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

Misuse, disrupt or attempt to break the service or its security.
Upload content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes others' rights.
Use the app to harass or harm other pack members.
Resell, reverse-engineer or copy the app without permission.

4. Packs and shared content

When you create or join a pack, you choose to share pet and activity data with other members. You are responsible for who you invite. Anyone in a pack can view and add activity within it. Remove members or leave a pack at any time from the app.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Petsify offers a free trial and paid plans (Pack, Pack Plus, Unlimited) plus a one-time Lifetime option. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Free-trial periods convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

6. Care guidance disclaimer

Petsify provides general, breed-aware feeding and care recommendations for convenience. These are not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health, dietary or medical decisions about your pet. You are responsible for your pet's wellbeing.

7. Your content

You own the data you create in Petsify. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to operate the service for you and your pack. We do not claim ownership of your pet data.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep Petsify running, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot guarantee it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, change or discontinue features over time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petsify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Petsify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that harms others.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
